The Asia Foundation's Let's Read program creates supportive reading environments where children can access free, relevant books and engaging learning opportunities. By collaborating with schools, families, communities, and storybook creators across Asia and the Pacific, we foster children's love of reading while developing early literacy skills and critical capabilities like curiosity, imagination, and empathy, all vital for navigating our rapidly transforming world and building thriving, knowledge-rich communities. At Bangkok Climate Action Week, children and families will have access to a range of books on forests, biodiversity, food, water, and environmental care. Visitors will also be introduced to the free Let’s Read digital library so that reading and learning can continue beyond the event.
