What if surplus food could become part of the solution to food insecurity and climate change? Join us for an interactive session exploring how food rescue and food banking can help build a healthier, more resilient, and more sustainable food system in Thailand — and what we can do together to make this vision a reality by 2030. The session will bring together stakeholders from government, business, civil society, food banks, and the wider community to exchange perspectives, explore real-world food rescue challenges, and take part in an interactive food rescue simulation and 2030 ideation exercise.
