Leadership doesn't come with a map for climate justice work but it surely drives our pathway. Any form of dedicated work on Climate Justice unfolds in systems full of uncertainty at all times. In moving through this space, actors encounter multiple stakeholders, competing perspectives, interdependence and continuous change - all the conditions that make the challenge itself a moving target rather than a fixed problem to be solved at once. This session invites participants to examine how they can lead within this complexity: navigating different perspectives, building relationships, responding to emerging challenges and moving from strategic intent towards collective action. Join Sath-CSIDC for an interactive workshop which combines short knowledge-building inputs with creative and participatory exercises that allow participants to explore these ideas through their own experiences. Rather than treating leadership as a fixed set of skills, the session will be creating a space to reflect, experiment and consider how adaptive and relational leadership can help us respond more proactively to the changing realities of climate justice work. Please register via the QR code! it will take even less than 2 minutes! Who is this for: Organizers, Researchers, JET Professionals, Energy Experts, Funders, Policy Experts, Justice-oriented Social Organizations, Regional and International Development Organizations For any queries: nida@csidc.org
