About this event

The event will convene policymakers, financial institutions, investors, development partners, researchers and civil society to explore how Asia can close the gap between the growing need for climate adaptation finance and the limited access to capital among vulnerable communities. The event will draw on SEI Asia and partners’ recent evidence, capacity-building experience and emerging regional investment solutions to examine what is needed on both sides of the finance system, from strengthening the capabilities of financial professionals to developing effective investment channels and partnerships. Bringing together perspectives from across the region, the event will identify practical opportunities for collaboration, policy action and investment that can translate climate-finance readiness into inclusive, locally grounded finance for communities most exposed to climate change.
