Community Climate Action — Sino-Thai Experience Exchange and Collaboration Exploration

About this event

Communities are the front line—and the most powerful agents—of climate action. This Bangkok Climate Side Event brings together practitioners, researchers, and community workers from China and Thailand to share on-the-ground insights on climate adaptation, resilient livelihoods, climate justice, and participatory approaches. Topics include: community-based adaptation solutions, adaptive coffee farming, women-led climate action, climate mobility and relocation decisions, visual storytelling for climate-vulnerable groups, nature-culture-climate justice, and the value of participatory methods in climate action. Whether you're a researcher, NGO professional, or community practitioner, there are real stories and practical methods here worth hearing. Join the conversation and explore collaboration opportunities between Chinese and Thai communities on climate action!
